Kru Yai Kyriakos is just back from Thailland where he spend 1 month trainning at Muay Thai Institute Rangsit.
Trainnings were very good held twice daily morning and afternoon and contain Bag and pad work, clinching, sparring and teaching methology of the Institute. Further more Thai oil massage for fighters and proffessional hand tapping were told and explained in detail as well.Master tricks of Muay Boran such as Mae Mai ,Look Mai and Kon Muay were also added on the curricullum for the final test.
Kyriakos gave successfully his test for the Instructor Levels 1 and 2 as appointed by the principal of the Institute and achieve his cerifigate with the high degree of 83% as A Excellent.
Thai Masters of the Institute and the management were very good and help the outmost with the trainning and the daily living .Facilities of the institute are also very good for someone who is really interesting for going to Thailland and train Muay Thai , aircontition rooms are provided with refrigarator and free wireless Internet.
